Probably a brown recluse. Nice knowing you. If you can't handle a raccoon, you'll be this spider's bitch soon.
i felt a strange sensation drawing me to its web, the voice in my head repeating "get small insects, get small insects..."
that's not a brown recluse!! they're skinny.
I think it's just an Orb Weaver. I have one just like it outside our bedroom window.
