for those cyclists whose early season fitness does not allow them to compete in today's grueling valley west mall roller "races" please be advised that there will be a group ride leaving lippold's house on franklin avenue at noon. wear old clothes, slap on your fenders, please, eat a hearty breakfast and bring some food and drink, and be ready for five hours of fun in the sun.

Kim, good riding with you guys on Saturday. At least I hung on the back until the split. Can't say as much for Fuller....

I brought the wrong vehicle and the wrong engine for Saturday's ride. I'm pretty sure my bike weighed as much as Lou AND his bike combined. Something with a small electric motor might allow me to keep up with the rest of you next time.
Steve, we had a nice ride from Ashworth today. Center trails were iced over so we opted to ride out through Grays Lake and over to Court Ave and back. Just shy of 14 relaxed pace miles on the mountain bikes. Should've joined us...
