a brief post, with a link: as some of you may know, there is a trial coming up in iowa city,
involving a bicyclist who has been charged with assault,
following an altercation with a motorist who assaulted him with his car.

and i'll tell you first-hand how they seem to get it fucked up.]
donald baxter is the defendant, and there is a movement afoot
to pressure the county attorney to drop the charges.
